Writer's Group

I found a writer's group locally. They meet once a month, unfortunately they already met this month. Next month I am definitely going.

I want to meet other writers from this area. I, also, want to assess if this is the right group for me. The group leader said I just need to bring something that I want read. So we will see.

I really hope this is the group for me. I definitely, need someone to keep me motivated. Plus, I know my work can stand improvement. After all, no one is perfect. I mean, have you seen the editing in many books today? Even they sometimes need someone to edit the editors work. I find misspelled words all the time.
