What's wrong with the world today?

In Columbus, Ohio a school principal goes on trial.

For some reason, this woman decided to do nothing when a special needs student reported that she had been sexually violated. This happened at school in the gym. I don't care who reported such a crime this should have been reported to the authorities. i.e. Children's Services or the Columbus Police Department.

What was this woman thinking? She certainly was not acting in the best interest of any of the children involved. Did she think that since it was oral that it was not sex or rape?

Of course, even former President Clinton was confused about what constitutes sex.

Really, what is this world coming to?
