As you know, I have made changes to this by making it private. What is still up in the air is if it's still considered published once it is posted on the web. It is certain that e-zines have gained popularity. They are, also, more evironmentally better, since no paper is needed.
So what is considered published? The answer may be up to each individual publisher and it may change with time. I am going with the premise that if your blog or site is only open to those who subscribe to it than I will be okay!
